11 Year Old Hit By Car Near Sandpoint
An 11 year old rural Sandpoint youth Scott Carrick sustained minor injuries Thursday after being struck by a car on Gun Club Road seven miles south of Sandpoint. Driver Elaine Alice McLean 21 of Sandpoint said she saw the youth near a mailbox and he ran into the path of her vehicle. The youth was not believed seriously hurt and did not relate his injuries to deputies.
