Council approves carillon for Sandpoint church
First Presbyterian Church Sandpoint will install an electronic carillon to add charm to the city. Mayor Brown supports it as a city benefit and enjoyment. Council tightens access to 400 block on south Lavina during school hours for student safety. A gate will seal the street when classes are in session. Schweitzer Basin signs directing skiers from Boyer street are to be removed to route traffic to the Highway 200 cut-off, easing Lincoln School congestion.
