Charges Dismissed On Inks Kincaid In Sandpoint Case
Magistrate Craig C. Kosonen in Coeur d'Alene yesterday dismissed charges against Larry M. Inks and Dwane P. Kincaid from Sandpoint. The prelim hearing, closed to the public, found insufficient evidence for burglary grand larceny and conspiracy to extort. the attempted extortion charge also dropped for lack of probable cause.

The three Bonner County senior high schools Sandpoint Priest River and Clark Fork receive approved accreditation for 1974 75 but with noted inadequacies. Sandpoint lacks adequate site size facilities science art and staff facilities plus media personnel half time position. Priest River shows numerous facility size and service gaps including teaching stations custodial food service and student restrooms. Clark Fork remains provisionally accredited but inadequacies include size of facilities teaching stations homemaking industrial arts art lab media center and staff restrooms. A note lists Linda McClure and Gary Parsons as deficient in English and guidance respectively which the superintendent says is in error with McClure fully certified and Parsons eligible to teach guidance while serving as principal.
