Spokane man sought on forceable incident charge in Sandpoint
Bonner County authorities issued a warrant for a Spokane man charged with a forceable incident involving a 14 year old girl at a Sandpoint motel on November 13. Deputy Andy Anderson signed the warrant dated November 27. Sheriff Robert Wilcox said two Spokane couples stayed at the motel. the girl is from Spokane. Authorities expect arrest in Spokane and extradition to Sandpoint.

Accident injures Washington State student near Sandpoint
A 23 year old Washington State University student Malin K Lebbard of Pullman was injured when his car rolled onto its top seven miles west of Sandpoint on U S 2. Two other occupants Jeff Marten 18 Pullman and Don Ryane 33 New Westminster were not injured. The vehicle slid 195 feet on icy roads before leaving the roadway.
