Richard L. Roe a 21 year old of Coeur d Alene was cited for inattentive driving after his pickup left SH 200 nine miles east of Kootenai. The truck rolled 222 feet into a ditch and came to rest on its top 30 feet below road level. Deputy Bill Rice reported the cause unknown. Roe was uninjured.
