Idaho Drug Law Change Draws Criticism From Prosecutor
Everett D. Hofmeister, president of the Idaho Prosecuting Attorneys Association, says House Bill 261 effective May 1 liberalizes possession of heroin LSD marijuana and other dangerous drugs to a misdemeanor and removes probation rehabilitation options for first offenses.
