In Sandpoint the Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt at Memorial Field returns after a snow delay. 200 dozen candy eggs plus 25 cent tin foil eggs will be hidden for age groups from 1 to 12, with a special Moms only hunt for ages 1-2.
Pacific Power and Light asks customers to verify employee identity before entry. Tom Lockhart says several recent eastern Washington cases involved impersonators seeking blank checks. He notes employees wear emblematic hardhats, have ID cards, and vehicles display logos. Elderly victims totaling over 7600 dollars are reported, prompting a public call for caution and verification.
Sandpoint shoppers can expect a Moonlight Madness sale tonight from 7 to 9 as 15 local merchants participate. Merchants committee of the Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce sponsors the event with clerks in night attire, including curlers and pajamas. The sale is voluntary and timed for the weekend after Easter each year.
Sandpoint will install a stop sign at Main Street and Sixth Avenue, city police chief Dick Abbott said today. He noted the intersection has had several accidents and many near misses, and the sign is a trial to reduce crashes.
Boise Idaho UPI The Idaho Epilepsy League seeks a child aged 6 to 11 to serve as 1975 Poster Child and as the chapter's entrant in the national contest. The winner will help show that people with epilepsy can live normal lives with medication and support.

He states ads clarify Idaho origin and Washington advantages and vows continued messaging despite price differentials.
