Wayne A Thompson Social Security Field Rep will visit Sandpoint April 6 at the Community Hall from 10 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm for information and assistance on Social Security and Medicare.

Marine Private Michael A. Schwarz, convicted of murdering 12 Vietnamese near Da Nang in 1970, was released from Portsmouth naval prison after 14 months. He recalls a raw deal and calls Nixon to intervene. He will be listed on administrative status at Quantico and expects a discharge in 6 to 10 months.
