Newell A. Oliver, general manager of San Saba Production Credit Association, will participate in a two day PCA public relations conference at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas September 8 and 9. About 50 agricultural credit specialists from 35 associations will discuss publicity and public relations as part of the Federal Intermediate Credit Bank program while reviewing outstanding loans of about $6,000,000 to local farmers and ranchers.
