The State of Texas commands the Sheriff to summon Elijah Gilman John T Jackson and unknown heirs and assignees of both deceased, plus The Texas Nitrate Gas and Oil Company and co partnership members, to appear at the next District Court term in San Saba on April 13 1925. Plaintiff J W Dalton seeks title to 515.2 acres from Gilman and 665 510 acres from Simpson surveys, alleging unlawful entry and possession, adverse claim for more than ten years, tax payments over five years, and a lease dispute with W W Edwards and John Kelly. The petition asks for title possession cancellation of the lease and cloud removal. Court set for the 9th day of March 1925.
