Old time friends learned last week that L. E. Callum died February 9 at the family home 4301 La Luz Street in El Paso after a short illness. The Callum family once lived in Harkey and Bethel communities of San Saba County and were widely respected by neighbors.

The Temple Bottling Works Co has purchased the San Saba Bottling Works from F B Hall. Car Thieves Rampant In This Town Last Week
Thieves ran rampant in San Saba last week with a delivery truck stolen from W. T. Little’s home. Bodkin and Little’s truck is still missing as officers pursue several leads.
