Rich Gottschalk Nuptials Brighten Perry Wedding
Miss Lillian Rich became the bride of Clarence Orvil Gottschalk of Perry Iowa in a Friday ceremony at the Rich home with Reverend J W Rowland officiating. The service featured white pebble crepe gown, pink and white bridesmaids, a three tiered cake, and sixty guests followed by a reception. The couple left for a Minnesota honeymoon via Perry to visit his parents.

Rural Aid Schools Set Maximum Salaries
The State Board of Education fixed monthly maximum salaries for rural aid schools at its June meeting. One teacher 80, two teachers 85 and 75, three teachers 95 and 75, four teachers 100 85 75, five teachers 105 85 75, six teachers 110 85 75, seven teachers 120 85 85 75, and eight or more teachers 125 85 85 75. Excess salaries cannot be covered by rural aid funds.
