Government May Buy Valuable Alnico Motor

Yast Friday and Saturday, seven seven, Lindsey, Watson Miller and Eddie Sanders traveled to San Antonio to test the Alnico Magnetic Electric motor before army engineers of the Government's Ordinance Dept at Fort Sam Houston. The engineers planned a final test at The University of Texas at Austin, with arrangements under way. Miller said they then went to Dallas to obtain a new rectifyer for the motor, expecting it back today to separate alternating and direct current to better charge batteries. If successful, other motors at Austin could prove their value to the government and open the way for sale and development under national defense aims.
