Albert and Lonnie Henniger attended funeral services for a longtime friend George Walter in San Angelo last Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Smith visited in Brownwood Monday night with their son and daughter in law Gordon Neal Reynolds. Mrs. Albert Henniger hosted an all day Sew Sum Club meeting February 20 to work on a quilt top. a covered dish luncheon followed with Mines Myrtle Solsbury Robbie Powell Bennie Rogers Lucian Locker Pearl Ware Kelen Heatherley John McLean and the hostess participating. Lucian Locker will host the next meeting on March 5. Clarence Gary, a 6 lb 10 oz baby, was born February 18 to Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Henniger of Lubbock. grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Albert Henniger of our community. Mrs. Ollie Harris of Richland Springs visited Saturday night with Mr. and Mrs. Mike Smith. Mrs. Claud Wilson was on the sick list and hoped to recover soon. by Mrs. J. McLean.
