The Federal Land Bank of Houston offers 5 bonds backed by farm mortgage security approved by government officers. Bonds are guaranteed by twelve banks with capital over $24 million and pay semi annual interest. Bonds mature in 20 years with 10 year option. Purchase before May 1 through local associations or the bank.
J Johnson of the post oaks north of Richland Springs visited the county capital Monday. He has two ves planted to Irish potatoes, hoping for a crop despite four frosts. The piece notes a Monday morning Hine fracas and mentions efforts to dodge the cotton game. Mrs F L Miller, Richland Springs, I J Hendi and children attended decoration exercises Sunday.

George Johnson and his wife visited Mrs. J. W. Fry on Sunday to bring home Thomas Fry who had been visiting in Burnet and Llano. Grandpa Fry’s return concluded the trip.
