Tribune hosts charity drop off honoring Frank Rice donor drive
The San Marino Tribune will sponsor a donation drop off to benefit Los Angeles Men's Place in honor of former Tribune publisher Frank Rice on Saturday December 9 from 8 am to 4 pm at the newspaper rear deck. Residents encouraged to donate unused clothing and accessories. financial gifts accepted with receipts for tax deduction. Boy Scouts from San Marino Troop 358 will assist with handling donations and packing. The event promotes L.A.M.P. work on skid row and honors Rice who founded L.A.M.P. and raised awareness for the homeless mentally ill.
