Outside Blaze summons our fire forces
Daniel M. Hunsaker's residence lies east of the city limits and last Saturday a brush fire threatened to destroy it. Chief C. C. Copley dispatched two of his men and Chief of Police Ben Parker two officers to aid with extinguishers and wet sacks. The volunteers assembled and the blaze was extinguished before any damage occurred.

Building Collapse Injury At Huntington Drive Shop

Assemblyman and Wife Injured in Car Collision
Assemblyman Frederick F. Houser and his wife were in a car crash after the legislature adjourned. Both were seriously injured and unconscious for a time.
