A thank you coffee at SMHS Study Center honored nurse volunteers and welcomed next year’s helpers. Four San Marino High staff members helped nab two 16 year old juveniles trying to steal bicycles in front of the school. Assistant principal Rankin and counselor Volz alerted others as suspects cut chains with bolt cutters. Brooks and McNamee stopped a fleeing cyclist after a crash. police arrested the youths who were later released to guardians.
