Mrs. Clark E. Bell was elected president of the San Marino Woman's Club at the Huntington Hotel meeting on May 2. The contest for a club seat design was extended to June 14 with a $5 prize. A bridge tea is planned for June 10 at the Huntington Hotel.

For five weeks the San Marino Baseball League has two games weekly on Wednesday and Thursday with four teams Marine Mission Market Our Market Mission Los Robles District and City Hall District competing. The season runs to late June or early July followed by a playoff for the championship and a trophy from the San Marino Business Association.
