San Marino Offers Red Cross Swim Classes This Summer
The San Marino Recreation Department opens registration for its Summer Swim Program at the high school pool starting June 1. Prospective swimmers can test for level at the pool today 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday June 3 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Courses include beginner to advanced swim, basic rescue, lifesaving, diving, and competitive stroke. San Marino High School to host a blood bank on Tuesday May 30 in the cafeteria from 8 15 am to 4 pm under the American National Red Cross. In November 91 donations were made. Students 17 and older weighing 110 pounds or more may sign up in the principal’s office. No ear piercing in six months or antibiotics in three days prior.
