San Marino High School track team qualified 12 athletes for the CIF semi finals at Cerritos College on Friday at 5 45. In varsity events Kevin Mahan finished second in the 120 high hurdles heat in 14 9, Gary Stevens second in the same heat in 15 0 but scratched from the low hurdles, Rick Olson second in the mile heat in 4 32 5, Roger Freberg second in the shot put at 61 14, and Ken Kaye with Mark Herron cleared 12 6 in pole vault without a miss.
