San Marino Grammar School To Hold June Graduation
San Marino Grammar School will hold graduation exercises on June 13 with diplomas to be distributed and a class annuals presentation. Twenty one pupils will receive diplomas the largest graduating class since the school opened. Scholarship pupils will attend a celebratory party and PTA and City Club plan a community dance to honor the event, date to be announced after coordination. The San Marino City Club delays meeting until next Tuesday and will announce the date then.

570 Visitors Set One Day Record at Hunting ton Art Gallery
The Hunting ton Art Gallery and Library reported a new daily record with 570 visitors on Friday. Weekly admissions reached 3100, the highest in six days, and the June quota is filled with July slots rapidly taking up. Col. Charles C. Stanley returned home to Salt Lake City after business in Utah.

Architect E P Babcock Dies Suddenly in Pasadena
Everett Phipps Babcock architect died during a minor operation at a Pasadena hospital. He designed the Singer building on East Colorado Street and many homes and public buildings. Survived by his widow Clare Delano Babcock and brother-in-law H Louis Delano. Funeral at Turner and Stevens chapel with Rev Rufus S Chase presiding. Burial private.
