April building valuations fall from last year in San Marino
The San Marino Building Department reports April 1964 valuations totaled 98 025, down from about 155 000 in April 1963. The year’s drop stems mainly from no new gas stations and a residence built in 1963, despite seven pools and 55 000 in additions. There are 102 vacant lots, 4433 homes, 118 commercial buildings and 799 pools reported.
