Kenyon Urges Fall Visits To Southland
R G Kenyon of San Marino, vice chairman of the All Year Club advertising committee, announced at a Biltmore Hotel meeting that fall tourism will be featured in Southland campaigns. He cited growth from 250 000 visitors in 1921 to 722 000 in winter and 1 147 000 in summer by 1941, and said fall offers clear weather with temperatures around 70 in September 66 in October and 62 in November as resorts are crowded and activities go full tilt.
