Sunrise Easter Service Set at Lacy Park San Marino
The third annual Easter Sunrise service will be held at dawn in Lacy Park on Sunday April 9. The advisory board includes city officials civic club leaders and church adults and youths from Huntington School will sing. The city council grants park use and traffic will be managed by the Police Chief. All San Marinans are invited to participate. Details appear next week in the Tribune.

San Marino board voted to carry forward 3,661.88 from the 1944 War Chest into a special fund crediting against the 1945 drive. About 350 persons attended Cub Pack 1’s Fifth Annual Cuboree at Lacy Park where Den 8 of juniors and Den 1 of seniors emerged as champions. Den 8 led junior scoring with 18 points, while Den 1 topped the seniors with 43 points. Ice cream treats followed the events and final ceremonies included pennant presentations and announcing new pack officers.

Library Receives Bequest of English Furniture and Paintings
