The Family Life Education Committee voted 13 to 4 to adopt a broad definition of family life education as proposed by the sub committee. The definition covers ethics, health risks of substance misuse, human relations, sexual development, marriage, parenting, finances, personal growth, and communication within and outside the family. Come To The Fair Theme For Cultural Arts Event
The third annual San Marino Community Cultural Arts Fair is set for Saturday May 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Huntington School grounds and San Marino Woman's Club. Final Rites Held for Felix Witbrodt Fire Captain
Members of the San Marino Fire Department served as pallbearers at a requiem mass for Felix L. Witbrodt a retired fire captain who died March 21 He served 28 years with the department retiring in 1955 A resident of Euston Road he lived in the area 42 years He is survived by wife Josephine two daughters Mrs Thomas H Murray Anne Marie Witbrodt two grandchildren and five brothers and five sisters all of Michigan.
