City Negotiating To Purchase Two PE Right Of Way Parcels
Mayor Bell said San Marino is negotiating with Pacific Electric for two parcels of the roadway in the west part of town. Plot No 3 north of Garfield to Wilson and plot No 6 from Granada to Chelsea are owned by PE. Prices quoted use twice 1950 51 assessed values about 2000 and 13000 dollars.
