City Council Approves Library School Contract in San Marino
The San Marino City Council approved a agreement with the School District for an elementary library program. The district will pay the city 1500 dollars yearly for school visits to the public library for grades 1-6 with a structured schedule and transportation by school bus. The council also approved payroll warrants totaling 67,203 dollars and warrants of 60,752.02 dollars.

Titans Elected to Office at JCL Convention
Sophomores Hall Daily and Laura Newlove of San Marino High School were elected president and corresponding secretary of the California Junior Classical League at the annual San Jose convention March 10 11 and 12. JCL advisor Paul Schickle accompanied 18 delegates from the school to the event. The election designates San Marino High School as host for the 1968 state convention.
