Richard A. Munnecke longtime San Marino City Council member since 1974 died Saturday from bone cancer. A memorial service was held Tuesday at San Marino Community Church. He was a Chicago native and California resident who led environmental firms and civic groups, survived by wife Virginia and four grandchildren. Contributions may be made to local foundations.
