The world famous Wisteria vine in its 14th year will debut on March 7 with millions of blossoms ready after warm weather and rains. The giant vine spans an acre of gardens and is the centerpiece of the annual Wistaria Festival drawing Southern Californians to honor the enduring bloom and spring arrival.
