San Marinons Escape Serious Injuries In Desert Crash
Mr and Mrs Hugh F Stewart of San Marino and Mr and Mrs Jefferson Chandler of Los Angeles were injured when their sedan rolled over after a front tire blew on the Mojave Valley highway twenty miles south of Mojave. They were treated at Pasadena Hospital. Stewart and Chandler suffered head and back injuries respectively. Mrs Chandler was shaken. chauffeur Mr Wahldren had muscular leg injuries.

San Marino reports February building total and permits
San Marino posted a February building total of 98 717 with 12 new homes started. The 11th permit went to J Hunter of Alhambra for a seven room one story house at 2187 Melville Drive costing 10 000 built by J Pierre Son. A 12 room one story residence at 2175 Orlando Road cost 15 027 to Harold S Parsons with contractor T S Pomeroy. Pasadena permits totaled 76 963.
