The Huntington Cancer Center topped the national benchmark in all patient satisfaction categories at the Advisory Board Oncology Roundtable in June 2002. Medical director Kenneth Lam, M D, called the center a role model while noting full-time nurse care coordinators aid patients from diagnosis through follow up.
