City of San Marino plans to acquire the Robles avenue site from San Marino Foundation Inc for about 25000 after clearing easements. Foundation will retain 250 feet frontage and 180 feet depth divided into five building lots. City to hold roughly five acres for future recreation needs five to ten years hence.

Bicycle collision near Tipton Market injures pedestrian
