San Marino police report two home burglaries. The Wilber W. Foss residence at 2345 Sherwood Road lost about $1,000 in jewelry after a Friday burglary on June 1. The George H. Finkle home at 2790 is said to have been entered May 27 with losses around $1,200 in jewelry and cash.

Vicki Hunt daughter of Mrs Eleanor R Hunt of San Marino Ave SMHS student has been chosen as an American Field Service exchange student.
