Reports describe a loud bang and a moved light with no crime scene found. A vehicle hit planters and pylons, causing minor damage. Sprinklers run long, lawns flooded. Obscene calls, a nonphysical dispute, and a suspicious visitor prompt extra patrols as officers log irregular activity.
On San Marino City Channel 19 a series of broadcasts are planned. June 6 features Mr Huntington's Gardens with Jim Folsom at 7 p.m. June 7 presents Henry E Huntington A 2020 Visionary by the San Marino Historical Society taped May 20. Memorial Day service airs June 10, taped May 27. June 11 spotlights Acculturation Issues for Asian American Families with Dr Glenn Masuda taped April 22. June 12 includes San Marino Sportscene with Mitch Lehman interviewing Poly soccer stars and residents Lindsey and Hayley Hunt.

Police logged a pedestrian planter collision and sidewalk items, along with a report of ordered goods received and a black Honda Accord linked to a crash on Winston Avenue.
San Marino Rotary Club met at noon and the San Marino Woman's Club hosted events. Public Library hosted Story Hour at 1 30 p m and Club Read at 9 30 a m. Soroptimists meet at Almansor Court at noon June 11. School Board meets 7 30 p m at district office. City Council 7 30 p m at City Hall. June 13 Public Library program at 1 30 p m.
