Grease at St Edmund's this weekend by San Marino camp
San Marino Summer Theatre Camp presents Grease at St Edmund's Episcopal Church Friday July 27 and Saturday July 29 at 7 30 pm sponsored by the San Marino Recreation Department. The fully staged show for 4th through 8th graders features a live band sets costumes and a professional production team led by Richard Seymour Mark Knowles Stormy Sacks and Elizabeth Prescott. Folsom Receives Garden Club of America Medal of Honor

Boy Scouts to Honor Andy Barth at Dinner
Andy Barth a resident and former two time school board president will be honored by the San Gabriel Valley Council Boy Scouts at a September 20 dinner at the Ritz Carlton Huntington Hotel. San Marino’s Local 11-12 All-Stars upset Victorville in a two game series behind Emily and Erin Stenwall. Emily pitched game one with no walks as San Marino built a 3-0 lead then secured a 5-1 win. Erin starred in game two with a complete game as Michelle Floyd drove in runs and Hope Welder made key plays. Elizabeth Shelburne caught both games signaling strong defense.
