San Marino Doctor Elected Councilman for SCPS
San Marino resident Frank Minero MD has been elected councilman representing the San Gabriel Valley for the Southern California Psychiatric Society. He practices general psychiatry with child and adolescent expertise and is partner at Carder, McCord, Minero and Associates. He serves a three year term and sits on medical staff at Huntington Memorial and Las Encinas hospitals. He and his wife Karen, residents for thirteen years, live on Garfield Avenue with two children.
