City Receives Extra Dividend From Auto Taxes

Burglar Breaks Window Steals Watches At Local Jewelry Store
Early Sunday a burglar smashed a display window at Guy Lauderbaugh jewelry on Huntington Drive and escaped with watches valued at over a thousand dollars. He left a blood trail from the window to the curb as Sergeant J. Miller arrived shortly after five. The thief apparently hurried to his car and a case was found abandoned on the sidewalk. The crime seemed to take about five minutes. residents did not hear the break and were unaware of the burglary.
