Twenty one San Marino youths who reached age 21 since the October 16 1940 Selective Service Day reported Tuesday to Huntington School to sign up for military duty. E C Neher directed the July 1 A Day and noted strong response. The registrants will be sent to Alhambra Board 205 or Temple City Board 207 this week. The Tribune will publish names of others who registered outside Huntington School next week. San Marino Rotary Club golfers led by Randall Kerr Ben Parker Guy Lauderbaugh and Bill Bridges captured permanent possession of the Foothill Rotary Clubs trophy with a low net 282 at Altadena. Bridges shaded 85 for best local score while Lauderbaugh earned second low net 95 36 59. Low gross honors went to C. E. Bates 79 with Arcadia teammates Kendall and Ellington close behind. Kenny Barnes Arcadia won low net 106-48-58. no inter-club match next season as another trophy will be contested next year.
