The final phase of rebuilding the city's cable television system is complete. San Marino now has Time-Warner with 79 channels including 17 new satellite channels eight premium selections six pay per view channels and an education government channel on Channel 19. Schools and the public library are wired for cable and revenues from franchise fees have increased under the renewal contract. However under the 1996 FCC act municipalities no longer approve specific offerings pricing or packages. For questions call 441-4559.
