Police Chief Named to Peace Officers Board Executive Committee
Police Chief Robert Seares is named to the executive committee of the Los Angeles County Peace Officers Association. Lloyd Hopkins of Redondo Beach, the president, announced the appointment. John Cotton aged 17, a passenger in an automobile driven by Raymond D. Martin Jr. aged 17 of San Gabriel, lost several teeth and suffered facial injuries in an accident at Fair Oaks and Congress.
