Felicitas Student Wins Catholic Christmas Card Contest
Christine White a second grader at Saints Felicitas and Perpetua School San Marino won a Christmas card design in the Catholic Education Foundation of Los Angeles annual contest. Her angel scene with Glory to God in the highest received a $25 prize and the card was distributed to more than 3,000 donors. More than 300 entries were submitted from Los Angeles Santa Barbara and Ventura counties as the foundation funds tuition aid totaling 4.7 million dollars for 4,900 students in the 2000 2001 year.

The San Marino Unified School District will accept community applications to fill board member Marnie Dam’s seat after her resignation effective January 31, 2001. First Chamber Mixer of Year at California Philharmonic
