Pasadena Christian School elects David C Schultheis president
David C Schultheis was elected president of the Pasadena Christian School board. The school on North Los Robles Avenue serves about 520 students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Schultheis also leads RP 1 Services Inc. and RP 1 Development in San Gabriel with his brother, living with his wife Sandra and two children on Rosalind Road. Dr George L Mulfinger was named 1983 president of Huntington Memorial Hospital’s medical and dental staff at the annual dinner. He is USC orthopedic instructor and active at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital and holds multiple professional affiliations in orthopedic surgery.

City revises tax assessment plan based on zones

Redevelopment Expert To Speak At City Council Meeting
Community redevelopment specialist Mike Montgomery will address the next city council meeting on Wednesday January 12 at 7 30 p m in the council chambers. He will discuss the legal aspects of redevelopment, qualifications a city must meet to apply, and implications of the law. The idea to turn the city into a Community Redevelopment Area came from a council member and citizen advisory committee as an alternative to a tax increase. All meetings are open to the public.
