Tires Stolen Saturday From Parked Cars
A San Marino theft spree left tires and wheels missing from several parked cars on Cumberland Road. A tire was removed from a car inside, and a wheel and tire were stolen from another in the driveway of D. D. Haney's home at 2540 Cumberland. Auto Accident Sends Driver To Hospital
A New Year’s Eve auto accident in San Marino involved a Chrys ler roadster driven by Ely E Summerville of San Gabriel. He failed to turn from Lorain road to West drive and hit a stone wall. He sustained facial lacerations and possible skull injuries. his passenger Miss Winifred Weersing of Pasadena injured her left arm and wrist. They were taken to Alhambra Health Center with Summerville later moved to Garfield Hospital. The car was towed to the City Yard.
