San Marino Police Dept Achieves Full Certification
The San Marino Police Department is 100 percent certified by the California Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission. Chief John W Moore announced the achievement to City Manager Richard Malcolm noting San Marino is only the fourth department in the state to attain this status.

Holiday Blazes Ravage 3 Homes In San Marino
San Marino firefighters battled three Christmas era blazes from December 23 to 26 causing about 21000 dollars in damage.
