Nine delegates from South Pasadena and San Marino will attend the Eighth YMCA Model Legislature in February at Sacramento. Suspect Arrested In San Marino School Burglary Flurry
A 43 year old Los Angeles man Alfred M Hutchinson was arrested near Huntington School on suspicion of burglary after police spotted a taxi returning to the school with four turkeys a ranch coat and other items from Valentine and Huntington Schools. Police also report a broader rash of burglaries including homes shops and schools with a prior arrest of the so called chief burglar.

City Approves Three New Sub-Divisions
City Council last week approved three new subdivisions in the city. Two estates will be split into three lots each, and a nine lot subdivision is planned. Moran to divide a tract at Encino and Virginia, Stearn to subdivide between Lombardy and California, and Harry Carson develops a nine acre tract named San Marino Terrace on Monterey north side between Euclid and Garfield.

Joseph C. Faure aged 52 of Bald win Park died in his car on Christmas Day. He apparently parked in a residential area and became ill. San Marino police discovered his body December 26 after a resident reported the overnight parked vehicle.
