Broadcast Christmas Tree Lane Opening on KECA Channel
The Christmas Tree Lane program in Pasadena and Altadena will be broadcast on Christmas Eve at 6 15 over KECA ABC. Saturday Accident Leaves Three Hurt in Glendale
A collision near the Acacia Glendale station injured Mrs. Verna H. Eversmeyer and her two daughters Beverly and Mary with bruised foreheads while Mrs. Eversmeyer suffered ear and leg injuries. The family was riding in a car with two other passengers when a vehicle across the street struck their auto.

New Stop Signs Installed On Huntington Drive

Longtime medical educator Dr. Magan dies after illness
Dr. Percy Tilson Magan 1738 Chelsea road died Tuesday of a heart attack at Baldy View Sanitarium San Gabriel after a long illness. Funeral services will be private at 2:30 Friday at Covina Christiansen Mortuary. Magan, born in Athlone Ireland, studied at Battle Creek College and the University of Tennessee and held deanships at multiple colleges. He served as dean and president at the College of Medical Evangelists in Los Angeles and contributed as editor of Health magazine and author of several books. He leaves a widow two sons a brother and sister and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorial services will be Saturday at 3 pm at White Memorial Hospital Chapel Los Angeles.
