Neighborhood approves redesigned Los Arboles Lane house plan
A controversial July project on Los Arboles Lane was redesigned and approved by the Design Review Committee on December 7. The new plan reduces liveable space to 3,502 square feet and shifts a second story into the roof line to hide it from view. Neighbors report broad support after incorporating feedback, though one letter opposed the redesign citing the garage setback.
