Memorial services for financier Joe Crail held in Los Angeles
Memorial services were held Tuesday at Wilshire Christian Church for Joe Crail president of Coast and Southern Federal Savings and Loan Association who died December 5. Crail legacy included building a top national thrift and active civic work tied to Constitution Week and Bill of Rights Week starting in 1941. He was born October 19 1905 in Fairfield Iowa and came to Los Angeles in 1913.
