San Marino reports total assessed value at 42 million
City Manager Charles E. Martin announced final figures show total assessed valuation for San Marino this year at 42,067,560 up from last year. Land value rose to 12,012,150 and improvements to 27,770,320 with personal property at 3,313,940 and exemptions totaling 2,426,970. Net value reached 40,669,490, while public utilities and unsecured property also rose. John Sisson and Lewis Bond of San Marino will compete in the US National Tennis Tournament at Forest Hills with Sisson serving as a delegate to the USLTA.
